MISSION
SARENE is dedicated to helping local groups and individuals in the following
communities meet their environmental goals.

GOAL
We hope to create a strong, stable, sustainable local non-profit environmental
network with and for the environmental groups in the above communities.
OBJECTIVES
- Publish a Regional Directory
of "green" groups and initiatives.
- Increase the accessibility
of community members to environmental groups, projects and activities.
- By the end of the two-year
project, develop a sustainability plan for the envisioned Environmental
Network
- Compile and present a report
of recommendations for sustaining a network and provide avenues for networking
including:
- Hold a Community Meeting
to present and discuss with members of environmental community the above
mentioned report (early fall 2009)
- Hold 4-6 Capacity Building
